The sustainable–themed community of Up On Your Luck Village will become a prototype and strategically developed and planned throughout Georgia and America. 

The village environment is a launch pad for homeless and disabled veterans to transition into civilian society by developing blocks of housing in blighted areas to renovate/rebuild or reuse to construct LEED/ (Sustainable) multi-occupancy and single family dwellings. Land will be cleared to create a community garden and tranquility path lined with park benches.

The Up On Your Luck Village will integrate commercial developments as well as a business/technology incubator designed to help them establish marketable skill sets to re-enter the job market and/or create viable businesses focusing on the successful ownership/operation of a village grocer, cleaners, coffee shop, art gallery, owned and operation by veterans to address their long term financial success. This program will have the twofold effect of providing self-sufficiency for our veterans as well as providing needed services and products for the community at large.
